Return policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

Return

Time limit: The product must be returned within 14 days after signing for it (except customized products and digital products).

Return conditions: Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and the original packaging and labels must be intact. Returns must be accompanied by gifts, accessories and original shopping receipts (electronic invoices are acceptable). In addition, customized products cannot be returned.

Please do not return the product directly to the carrier. Customers only need to pay one shipping fee (including return); no restocking fee is required for returns.

 

Return process

Application submission: Log in to your account to submit a return request, or send an email to the after-sales team (order number + product photos, reason for return are required).

Approval time limit: The manual review will be completed within 48 hours, and the operation guide will be sent after passing.

 

Refund rejection

The product is damaged due to improper use by the customer (such as water ingress, cracking).

The return period exceeds 14 days or a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.

The return address is inconsistent with the shipping address and is not authorized in advance.

The original packaging of the order, i.e. the product status, is torn or damaged.

After the order is placed, the order has been produced or shipped, as well as customized products.

 

Dispute resolution

Priority negotiation: The disputed order is frozen for up to 14 days, and both parties provide evidence materials (such as unboxing videos, test reports).

Third-party arbitration: PayPal disputes, credit card chargebacks or local consumer protection agency rulings are accepted after negotiation fails.

 

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you whether the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed or missing refund

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, and it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some time for your refund to be processed. If you have done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
