Shipping policy
Transportation area
Currently, we only support logistics delivery in the United States/Canada. Some remote areas, overseas territories and APO/FPO military addresses do not have delivery services. The settlement page will automatically block unreachable areas.
At present, delivery services in other countries and regions are temporarily suspended. We will update at any time according to the situation of the cooperative transporter.
Order processing time
Sorting and packaging are completed within 24 hours on working days, and delivered to the transporter within 72 hours on working days (customized products are extended to 3-5 working days, excluding holidays).
Orders paid before 15:00 every day are processed on the same day, and overdue orders are postponed to the next working day (excluding holidays).

The order page has a built-in logistics query tool to display the latest transportation information of the order in real time
Exception handling
Delay warning: If the transportation exceeds the estimated time limit by more than 7 days, an active investigation will be initiated and a $5 coupon will be compensated.
Lost claims: After the logistics company confirms the loss of the item, the customer can choose a full refund or priority reissue (high-value items require signature inspection).
Package return: If the return is caused by the wrong address provided by the customer/unable to clear customs, etc., the customer needs to pay for a second delivery (the specific fee amount will be reconfirmed according to the situation)
Damage claim: Only disputed items in the original packaging that have not been opened are accepted (a video of the entire unpacking process must be provided within 48 hours of signing), and the compensation amount is subject to the result determined by the logistics company.
Notes
The recipient's name must be the full name, not an abbreviation or only the surname or first name, otherwise it will affect customs clearance and cause unnecessary time delays. The address information must be clear, complete and correct, and the recipient's telephone or mobile phone is a required item, otherwise it will affect delivery.
If the order delivery fails/delays/returns/loss/damage caused by the above factors, all costs and impacts will be borne by the customer.
